Order cancellations
Since products are prepared on demand, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact Vaishali Foods promptly if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what was ordered.
Clear photographs of the package, product and shipping label may be required for verification.
Refund eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered when:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The package arrived significantly damaged.
- The order was not delivered and the courier confirms loss in transit.
Non-returnable products
Food products are generally non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the order is damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under this policy.
Refund processing
